WINDY DAVIS
Windy Davis is Co-founder of CareHire LLC. Training Center and The Tides That Bind Inc. Windy brings lived experiences as a woman in recovery and trauma survivor.
Inspired by her own journey, she takes pride in providing the best peer support services possible. She is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, and Peer Support Facilitator at CareHire LLC Training Center, now The Tides That Bind, Inc.
She aims to help individuals as an advocate, support, and connector. She has a passion for individuals that are recovering from substance use and mental health disorders, trauma survivors, and individuals re-entering society from prison. Windy is passionate about training and support services.
In addition to her primary job functions, Windy has been recognized by those in the community for her extraordinary commitment for helping others, providing job opportunities, and transitional housing by way of community resources.
TANYA RICHARDSON
Tanya Richardson, is Co-founder of CareHire LLC. Training Center and The Tides That Bind Inc. as a person in long term recovery from, substance and mental health disorder and a Trauma survivor.
She has been inspired by her own journey in recovery, and takes pride in Facilitating Peer Support Training. Tanya is also a Healthcare Instructor for The Tides That Bind.
She aims to help individuals as an advocate, support, and connector. She has a passion for individuals that are recovering from substance use and mental health disorders, trauma survivors, and individuals re-entering society from prison. Tanya hopes to help everyone gain employment that leads to a long-term career.
In addition to her primary job functions, Tanya has been recognized by those in the community for her extraordinary commitment for providing compassionate care to individuals re-entering the workforce.
